If you have a BBQ question of potential interest to anyone using the 5-Step, which would be pretty much any BBQ question, the Professor would much prefer that you post it in the Forum, because then not only he but other BBQ mavens will have a chance to answer it, and other acolytes like yourself will have the chance to benefit from it.

In other words, if you have a how-to BBQ question and email it, you're likely to just be told "Please post that in the Forum."

On the other hand, if you are Oprah Winfrey looking for someone to cook ribs on your show and be fawned over by female audience members, leading to a six-figure book deal and the Professor's own Food TV show, please feel free to use this email link.
